So many people say that school lunch is full of unhealthy choices. Well I'm here to prove that it's not. For six weeks I'm going to blog about my experience with school lunch.

Day Twenty Two: Whole Wheat Spaghetti and Meat Sauce
The spaghetti sauce was delicious, but I'm not a big fan of whole wheat noodles. I was served a huge amount of noodles and sauce. It was more than a normal person can eat, but of course, I did eat it all. Even though I didn't like the noodles, and I had some coleslaw. Needless to say, I was very full after lunch, and pretty much for the rest of the day. But, that didn't stop me from eating dinner. I really can't say no to food. It's amazing I've actually lost weight, just goes to show that the school lunch is healthy.
